Description
FSoE safety address for this axis. Format of safety address is nn where nn is the SafeID and aa is the axis ID.
Example
If SafeID is 10 then AXIS1.SAFE.FSOE.SAFETYADDR is 1001 and AXIS2.SAFE.FSOE.SAFETYADDR is 1002.
